All prices are in UK Pounds (Sterling). We do not currently accept any other currency.
On the product pages, each item has an “Add to Cart” button. Click this to add the item to your basket. The contents of the shopping basket are displayed in the top right of the products page. You can click on “View Cart” to view your basket at any time to change the quantity or remove any items. You must click on “Update Cart” to save any changes. The total cost is displayed at the bottom of the shopping basket page. When you have finished adding items click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the shopping basket page to enter your payment and delivery details.
Postage and packaging is included in the product price. Orders will be shipped First Class by Royal Mail on the day of ordering if orders are placed before 3.30pm. Orders over a certain weight will be sent via Courier for next day delivery.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Payments are through the PayPal service. This is a secure payment process facility and uses Secure Socket Layer technology to encrypt your details against fraudulent use. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service, though you have the option to use it if you do. Once payment is complete you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details.
All items are carefully packaged to minimize possible damage and breakage. If your order has been damaged due to improper handling while in transit, you should fill out a damage report with the Royal Mail. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit once they are dispatched and in the care of Royal Mail, however we may refund a portion of your order in such cases.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases from Hop Inn. However, in accordance with the UK Distance Selling regulations, in the event that you are dissatisfied for what ever reason we will accept a return or exchange within 7 days, providing it is in 100% re-salable condition and in it’s original packaging. You will be refunded the cost of the item plus original postage. However, return postage must be paid for by yourself. Any refunds will be made to your account when we receive the item. Returns must be authorized before they are sent and a returns number obtained. Please e-mail me at email@example.com.
In accordance with UK legislation we do not sell or pass on your personal details to any third party. All information submitted by you it completely private and not used for anything other than completing your purchase. PayPal’s privacy statement can be seen here.
